Battery Status Information at a Glance

The e-xpert pro selectively displays battery voltage, charge- and discharge current, consumed amphours, remaining battery capacity and time remaining. Using a large clear backlit LC Display and an intuitive user interface, all parameters can be recalled with just a button press.

The e-xpert pro replaces the industry standard e-xpert 501 and adds many innovative features like a second battery input, a shunt selection feature, storing a wide range of history events and extensive alarm relay programming.

The potential free alarm enables you to run a generator when needed or to turn off devices when the battery voltage exceeds programmable boundaries.

The e-xpert pro is easy to install and operate and comes standard with a high precision 500 Amp shunt and a very clear installation and operating instruction manual. In addition to the standard e-xpert pro which is compatible 12V and 24V battery systems, the e-xpert pro-hv is available as well and offers direct connection to 36V, 42V and 48V battery systems without the need for an external voltage prescaler.

Zubehör
USB communication kit The e-xpert pro communication kit is available in an RS-232 or a USB version. This kit contains a fully isolated interface box, an e-xpert connection cable, an USB interface cable, the "Dashboard" Windows software and a clear installation guide. The complete kit enables you to control, readout and configure the e-xpert pro from your Windows PC. Another possibility is to use the PC as a datalogger to record all measured parameters for further analysis.

Temperatur Sensor Kit With the e-xpert pro temperature sensor kit, even more precise battery monitoring can be accomplished by tracking the exact temperature of your battery. The temperature sensor kit contains a temperature sensor with RJ12 connector and a clear installation guide. The temperature sensor kit is available in the following lengths : 10, 15, 20 and 30 meters.

Connection kit The e-xpert connection kit makes life easier during installation of your battery monitor. It contains all necessary items for a professional and safe connection of the e-xpert battery monitor to your battery and shunt. This kit contains industrial grade twisted pair cable, dual inline fuseholders and all needed terminals. The connection kit is available in lengths of 10, 15, 20 and 30 meters and is compatible with both e-xpert pro and e-xpert lite.

1:5 Voltage prescaler kit The e-xpert pro 1:5 Voltage prescaler kit, extends the input voltage range of the e-xpert pro to enable implementation in 48VDC up to 120VDC battery systems (maximum input voltage is 175VDC). This kit contains a voltage divider box with build-in DC-DC converter, all needed terminals and a double sided adhesive pad for mounting the divider box.

Alarm output expander kit The e-xpert pro Alarm output expander kit, expands the number of available alarm relay contacts from one to four. So instead of assigning all alarms to the internal alarm relay of the e-xpert pro, one can now choose to assign different alarms to three additional external alarm relays. This enables the possibility, to for example assign a low voltage alarm to the internal alarm relay and a high voltage alarm to one of three external alarm relays. The Alarm output expander kit greatly increases the versatility of the e-xpert pro in more complex battery systems.
