Battery-Management-System DCC 6000

DCC 6000 is a very efficient battery measurement and monitoring system. Its accuracy, reliability and versatility are convincing. There are many possibilities of professional application for this device, such as monitoring batteries, charging stations or solar generators. It measures charging and discharging currents - also in-between charging - and permanently calculates the charging condition of the battery taking a correction factor into account. Indication of the available capacity can be shown in % or alternatively in Ah. Furthermore, current flow direction (charging or discharging) can be read out from the backlight LCD display as well as low-capacity warning.

Information about the charging status is available at a glance. By means of an automatic expansion of measurement range (auto-focus), even very low currents down to 10 mA can be monitored.

This prevents from creeping current emptying the batteries unnoticeable. When the device is switched off or a power failure occurs, the present values and actual count are retained. In case of external interference the DCC 6000 will be reset to its default values. Optional relay-switched outputs can be obtained for the following indications: battery fully charged, preselected alarm level reached or battery completely discharged. All levels can be programmed by the user. The switching point is programmable for the DCC 6000 S only.
