Battery monitor BCM

A 16bit microcontroller seizes consumer and charging currents with
very high accuracy over an active precision precisions shunt. On the
large LCD announcement the accurate charge of the service battery
can be read off at any time. Additionally load/discharge current or the
battery voltage is indicated. Parallel to it can be supervised up to 2
starting batteries and indicated their parameter. If one of the attached
batteries reaches an adjustable remainder capacity/tension threshold,
then an acoustic alarm sounds and on the display an appropriate
warning reference appears.
- very high accuracy (10mA) and large capacities (150 A eg. 600A)
- automatic battery full identification and correction of the load factor
- gradual adjusting of effective battery capacity with cycle enterprise
- Indicate to the number of load cycles and over-dischargings- adjustable nominal battery voltage (12V/24V/36V/48V)
- individual attitude of all parameters such as Peukert exponent,
danger thresholds for remainder capacity and/or tension possible.

supply
- Announcement of remainder capacity or remainder time
- highly soluble, background-lit announcement (LCD, 64*128 pixel)
- very low power input 2,5 mA / < 1 mA in sleepmode @ 12VDC for continuos operation.
- Extension of the data line (up to 100m) with simple means possible.
Interference-resistant data communication during longer data line over
integrated RS485 port
- soft Touch Buttons with intuitive menu guidance, which can be
served pleasantly
